My name is Billy B Baker. I have been selling real estate under the "United" banner since 1975. My ties with United Country (originally United Farm Agency) go back over 90 years to my great grandfather, F.J King, who was the second office to sign up with our company's founder, Roscoe L. I have been in Yellville, AR/ Marion County since 1978 and man, what a wonderful 40 years it has been!! Here in this Ozark Mountain region we really do have a very pleasant place to live-- the scenic views of our hills and valleys along with the crystal clear rivers, creeks, springs and beautiful lakes are all beyond description. This along with the fact we have a long growing season and annual rainfall average of 50 inches affords us the opportunity to grow a good variety of fruits, berries, and garden vegetables making it very easy to put into effect a live-at-home program producing on your own acreage most all of the necessities of life. But best of all is the good "down home" quality of people living in this area!!!
